Exposing loan fraud!
Beware of Alexander Korolkov and his loan fraud!
My name is Richard Philie. I am the CEO of the Canadian company Webb Biotech Corp., and I want to warn all the citizens of Russia and other countries about the fraudulent activities of Alexander Korolkov, a Russian and Canadian citizen.
Alexander Korolkov is the CEO of the Canadian company AI International Projects Development Inc. He tells everyone that he is a businessman, but in fact, he is a pathetic petty thief who swindles money out of people in various countries under the pretext of financing business projects, promising them low interest rate loans from European banks.
The scheme of this rogue is as follows. You pay Alexander Korolkov an amount of 5,000-15,000 US dollars or euros to draft a contract, which is essentially false, regarding services to be provided by his company in relation to loans for your business project. Once Alexander Korolkov finds several groups who want to obtain loans, he takes an advance payment and tells them all to meet at the same time in a city in Switzerland, Germany or Russia. He then leaves his lair to pursue his prey. After successfully scamming the gullible businessmen, he disappears under various pretexts and goes into hiding in Canada, knowing that most of his victims and the people he has deceived cannot come to Canada to sue him. He often uses various pretexts to accuse his victims of breach of contract and makes them the guilty ones, freely insulting and slandering them and dragging them into a tangle of intrigue and dispute. For someone like Alexander Korolkov, all means are justified!
Ultimately, there is never any loan, the money is never returned, and time, effort and energy are wasted on useless negotiations with Alexander Korolkov. Not one victim has ever received any money back from him. We currently estimate the number of victims of his criminal activity to be over 30.
My lawyer in Switzerland quickly uncovered Alexander Korolkov’s criminal scheme, whereby he tried to sell me shares in a non-existent Swiss company. The documents of Alexander Korolkov frequently mention Jeoffrey Malloy, which is in fact an alias used by Alexander Korolkov. This crook may also be using other names. In addition, he has “partners” in Europe and Russia who are pathetic, petty thieves just like him. All in all, it seems that extorting money through fraud is the only thing he knows how to do and he does not have any other education or profession.
On his website, wwwexportsavvy.com, he says that he studied at the Sorbonne in Paris even though he cannot speak French, which means that this is a lie intended to fool his next potential victims. We have also established the identities of the other people mentioned on his website. For example, David Lemberg is actually Ralph Bezjak. He works in Switzerland at a company called Immofinanz Group and knows nothing about Alexander Korolkov, his company or his fraudulent activities. Daniel Leroy and Jessica Whiley are also fictional. Alexander Korolkov uses the names “David Lemberg”, “Daniel Leroy” and “Jessica Whiley” exclusively for his criminal purposes.
Also he is pretending to have the jewelry store in Montreal. We visited that mentioned store but haven't find one. There is not such a store and nobody knows  about Aleksander Korolkov. Again a lie!
Criminal investigations are currently being conducted in Canada against the international criminal Alexander Korolkov and documentation is being prepared for Interpol and the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Anyone who has suffered at the hands of this criminal, who are mostly citizens of the Russian Federation and the CIS countries, may contact me here in Montreal, Canada.
